Customer Service Executive
Position Description: Manage, evaluate and assess information necessary to construct the project on time, within budget and to the quality specified by the contract documents for the assigned areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote company products to customers.
- Build up company good reputation and image.
- Ensure timely resolution and response to customers
- Ensure the is meet customer expectation and satisfactory
- Build good relationship with customer
- Promote teamwork spirit and cross division effective communication.
- Take on additional assignments, as required, in support of company needs
- Other Duties and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any discipline
- Experience in the freight forwarding / Logistics
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Good command of English, Mandarin is an advantage
- Computer literate
- Passion drive closures & level customer service orientation
- Dynamic, rigorous, open minded, highly committed
- Good team player and Interpersonal skill
- Well organized and work under pressure
